Program Background

The TWLC Career & College Conference focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) will be a half-day of hands-on specialized instruction, offering a range of career and college preparation workshops for middle and high school students, their parents and educators.

Workshops

Organizations will host workshops and/or have a booth at our expo. The primary goal of the STEM Career Conference is to inspire students to learn about various industries in these fields and discover possible career paths. Parents are also invited to attend and learn how to support students in their desire to pursue college for a STEM career. There will be a customized track of concurrent workshops for students and bilingual sessions in both English and Spanish for parents. The program is open to students in 7th through 12th grade and parents.
